Fantastic and Pretty Petit Fours

Lemon Square Inipit has been  my favorite miryenda even at home, in a bus or at work. Inipit is such a flexible food, so I made a dessert that's fantastically yummy  and pretty!  Petit fours are bite sized deserts. They are most often small layered cakes, soaked in simple syrup and covered with a fondant or a glaze or a ganache. These step describe how to make fantastic and pretty petit fours coated with a chocolate and melted marshmallows ganache sprinkled with grated chocolates, white and dark, chopped peanuts for added saltiness ans texture.

There is no doubt, #NoLimitWithInipit :)

Ingredients:

5 pieces Lemon Square's Inipit Custard Flavor
2 pieces Lemon Square Danish Butter Cake (optional)
100 grams of Chocolates (Milk, Dark / White)
10-15 pieces of Marshmallows
1/4 cup Milk
chopped nuts for toppings (optional)

Procedure:

Cutting Lemon Square Inipit
Put the Lemon Square Inipit to freezer for at least 2 hours. Slice the Lemon Square Inipit into 3 parts.

Make the Ganache
Heat the chocolates with 3-4 tbsp of milk in the aluminum over boiling water in pan, stir until they have melted and it reaches the consistency you want. If the ganache cools too much, heat it in again in the pan for seconds at a time. Add additional milk to the mixture as needed to create a pourable consistency.

For a twist: Add 10-15 small marshmallows to ganache to change the color and add sweetness. Continue stirring until the marshmallow have melted.

Coat and Decorate
Place the petit four in a stick then dip it or  spoon or ladle the ganache over the petit four until it is covered. Give the stick a swirl to drop excess ganache. Remove the stick by using a fork to push the bottom part of the petit four upward then place it in a plate or a cooling rack by using a stick you previously use. Repeat until all petit fours are covered. Decorate the petit fours while the ganache is still wet.
