Traffic, climate change, crowded places in MRT, buses and malls buying gifts, rushing people all around you and holiday stress are big challenges for our immune system. Reunions and parties will also be left and right and you don't want to be left behind just because you are sick. So we need to be stress-free this coming holiday seasons.
1. Eat real food
Food is very important for me, every
food I intake should have a good benefit for my body. As much as possible I eat
2 kinds of fruits and 3 variations of vegetables every day. Breakfast is my
favorite meal of the day, every night I prepare my overnight oats and put
generous amount of yogurt, nuts, seeds and fruits, this is how I treat my self
- fueling good and healthy stuff.
2. Get enough of sleep
This era is bringing people to sleep only 3 hours because of our addiction to internet. I am guilty of that! But, I am now a changed woman, my goal is to get at least 8 hours of sleep. Getting enough of rest really help me not to be sleepy at work and keep me energize throughout the day.
3. Detox
For me, detoxing can be achieve in many forms, I detox by drinking lots of water, every morning before taking breakfast, I drink a glass of it. I love having an affair with my tea with lemon and ginger the moment I arrived at the office. Don't also forget to get really sweaty, any kind of exercise for me is good as I consider it as a way of detoxifying my body.

4. Watch happy/good vibes shows
Having a great outlook or good vibes in life is essential for everyone. I am now into OTWOL and I like listening to Christmas songs like Mistletoe. I read inspirational quotes and I watched GGV :) Keep in mind that, always do what makes you happy, without hurting anyone.
No doubt, my go to source of added vitamins is Fern-C. FERN-C has boosted our immune system.
It is a potent anti-oxidant that increases body resistance against
infectious diseases. We all know that our immune system is our guard, it detects and identify diseases that intruding to our body. FERN-C enhances our immune system to be stronger and healthier; it is like from 10 guards we now have 100 guards that protect our body.

Sodium ascorbate is the generic name of FERN-C and aside to its
good source of anti-oxidants, it also prevent anemia, bone fractures and
vulnerability of the small blood vessel, cold flu and most of all - if you have
sensitive stomach - it does not cause stomach upsets unlike Ascorbic acid.

I am excited to know how you boost your immunity during the Holidays, share your answer in comment section. ;)
